TOFU is a very versatile food ingredient that can be added to lots of our traditional Indian dishes as well as Chinese and continental dishes.
GRILLED TOFU

To prepare gravy. heat oil and add onions and ginger. Cook till light brown. Add tomatoes. Cook till they turn. pulpy and oil seperates. Add turmeric powder. red chilli powder. dhania powder and garam masala. Cook for a minute.


Add boiled peas and cook till they are done. Place the marinated Tofu slice on a grill and grill till the edges turn light brown. To serve, place the tofu. slice block on serving plates and surround with thick gravy. Garnish with chopped onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.

  • TOFU – 100 gms (sliced like sandwich bread)
  • Soya sauce – 2 tsp.
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tsp.
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 t.sp.
  • Lime Juice – 1/2 tsp.
  • Curd – 2 t.sp.
  • Chilli Powder – tel tsp.
