  • Wash and drain water from Tofu by pressing softly
  • Cut Tofu into small pieces.
  • Warm some water and add Salt to it.
  • Let Tofu soak in lake warm salt water for a few minutes.
  • Drain the water from Tofu by pressing softly and add to the marinating paste or to cooking (Tofu can be fried very lightly. Deep frying will make Tofu tough and leathery).
