TOFU is a very versatile food ingredient that can be added to lots of our traditional Indian dishes as well as Chinese and continental dishes.
TOFU FRIED

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet or frying pan. Fry onions and green peas for a few minutes. then add tofu and stir-fry lightly tin tofu turns light brown. Add cooked rice and stir to separate rice grains. Add the salt and soya sauce and stir until mixed well. Serve hot.

  • Tofu – 200grms
  • Onion 200 grms
  • Peas – 100 gms
  • Chopped Mushrooms.

  • Soya sauce- 3 to 4 T.sp
  • Salt to tast
  • Oil- 100 ml
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 T.sp
  • White Pepper – 1 t. sp(Optional)
